Middle of May already? :’) My soul knows I am directly aligned with the timing with all the natural & cosmic cycles at play currently, however, my human continues to question how tf times is moving so quickly
Here is our last Slow Down & Self Check In: Pluto Retrograde Edition, which gives a bit more into that specific cycle, and then here is another tool of support when it comes to Navigating the Energy of the In Between.
We do have another beautiful built in opportunity to slow down, draw your energy in, & check in with yourself with this past Mercury Retrograde Cycle in Aries. This cycle spanned from March 18th-May 9th.
3/18-3/31: 2 Week Pre-Shadow Period
4/1-4/25: Mercury Retrograde in Aries Cycle
4/26-5/9: 2 Week Post-Shadow Period

Most importantly for this practice, PLEASE, make sure that you give yourself the credit you deserve for making it through & celebrating any size milestone/marker you can along the way. Celebration of self is a form of self validation, which gives you confidence to continue to show up and do the hard things required to be an embodied soul in this human experience :’)

Where are you scared to slow down? Why? What do you feel like you’ll lose if you slow down?
What is going on beneath the surface of your day to day? What actually drives you?
What are you chasing that you actually don’t want? What are your true motives?
What seems to be an old narrative that you keep repeating to yourself? A real time practice: Question your narrative- Realign + Reorient self - Reclaim new narrative & self

Some other notes of support:
Continue to pull your energy out of what is frustrating you, and pour it into what fills you up instead. Look for the glimmers vs triggers in your reality, because at the end of the day there will ALWAYS be triggers- gratitude within the shit is necessary to keep your energy tuned in to what you desire to create moving forward. Your perception creates your reality- if you focus on the shit, you will get more shit. If you can start to see beyond the surface, pull out the glimmers, you will start to recenter your perception back to creating & magnetizing more opportunity to see those glimmers. As you continue to practice this it will get easier, and you won’t feel so spiraled & stuck in the bleh for so long- I speak from 6 years of experience ;)
